Charlie was rescued from the Salt Lake County Animal Shelter. He is a very friendly dog and already
knows how to sit on command (surprisingly, for all his enthusiasm, he's very gentle when taking
treats from your hand). He's also good in his crate and only barks when he needs to go out or
when one of the other dogs teases him. Charlie is incredibly active, so his new family will need
to be prepared to tire him out daily! He is definitely an alpha personality, so would need to go to a
home with a mellow dog as a companion, or be an only dog. He loves to chase his toy fish and race
around the yard! He's a bit chunkier-boned than most IGs, and since he seems to like my nieces and
nephews, he might do well with an active family. (He does like to bounce on people though, so he

Baxter has practically no fear! He's a sunny little guy who thinks absolutely everyone loves him,
absolutely all the time! He's very good about going outside with the other iggies, and is also very
good about going into his crate when asked. He's a little dominant, and likes to play rough with
smaller animals (i.e. my roommate's Papillon puppy). He will let you roll him onto his back,
especially if there's tummy rubbing involved! He'll do best in a home with another dog to play
with, preferably one that's gentle but willing to play him into the ground! For adoption in the Utah

Godiva is a very sweet girl, and a great snuggler! She is still working on
housetraining (she's even
wimpier than the usual IG about cold weather!), but is doing better now that the holidays, with their
messed up schedules, are past! For all her sweetness, remember the "Godiva" breaks down to
"Go Diva!" That said, I have to warn you that she's a bit of a screamer...i.e.,when she doesn't get
her way, usually when you pick her up to put her in her crate or outside when it's cold. She's pretty
good in a crate, and will only whine when she needs to go outside. She's really not too bad on a leash,
considering that we've only been able to take her to PetSmart and the like to let her walk. Godiva's
submissive, and will do best in a home that knows how to up her self-esteem! For adoption in the

Louie was bought from a pet store. When his family had a new baby, they
decided there was no
room in their lives for him any more. We suspect that he may have been abused, since when he
came to us, he was very hand shy and would act terrified and try to bite if you tried to pick him
up or made sudden movements. He also had some housetraining problems. Since coming into
Rescue, Louie has made great progress! He still acts worried if you try to pick him up suddenly,
but he no longer tries to bite. He loves to wiggle, play with his toys, and clean your ears! Louie
is a very active dog, and needs someone who's willing to give him plenty of attention. He also
would do best in a home where there are no children, but he gets along very well with other dogs and
cats too! His housetraining is going well, and the only time we have problems with that is when the

Kozmo's family was going to have a new baby and also replace their carpets, so his potty training
problems caused them to release him to us. he is an incredible sweet heart, who captures the heart
of everyone around him! His most unusual physical feature is the color of his eyes...he has one
brown eye and one blue eye. This is definitely not very common in IGs. His potty training problems
have been very minimal since he has been fostered. The only thing we have noticed that bothers him
are long full skirts and he's just a tad reluctant about being handled by small children (understandable
since he's a little guy!) He's never tried to nip however, regardless of the situation. He gets along well

out often. He loves to play, gets along with other dogs, although he can be a little overbearing.
Demitri is scared of men and strangers. He gets frightened when grabbed at suddenly. Demitri
would get along with older children that are familiar with dogs . Demitri is a small boned delicate
dog, he has had two broken legs in the past but is getting along fine now. He can be very shy and
